This page explains, in plain English, what this website collects when you use it, what we do with it, and how to have it deleted.
Who we are
This website is run by Clouds Designs LLC, an event production company based in Nashville, Tennessee. When this page says “we” or “us,” it means Clouds Designs LLC.
What we collect
When you send a quote request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, the type and date of your event, the venue or city, your budget range, the services you picked and your message. We also record when you sent it and the internet (IP) address it came from, which helps us stop spam and abuse.
Like almost every website, our server keeps basic technical logs of the requests it receives, such as the IP address, the page asked for and the browser type, so we can keep the site running and secure.
That’s all. This website doesn’t take payments and doesn’t ask for anything else about you.
Why we collect it
We use your quote request to reply to you, to put together a quote and to plan your event if you book with us. We use IP addresses and server logs only to keep the site working and secure.
Where it goes
Your request is stored on our own server. It is also copied into our own bookkeeping system, where we keep track of inquiries and quotes, and it may be emailed to our team so someone can reply to you.
This website is delivered through Cloudflare, a network provider that sits between your browser and our server. Like any provider of that kind, Cloudflare handles the traffic to and from the site, including your IP address, in order to deliver it.
If you book with us and your event includes services from our partners (such as fencing or portable restrooms), we share the event details they need to deliver them.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
No ads, no tracking
This website has no advertising, no ad trackers and no analytics, and we don’t set cookies for visitors. The only cookie our site sets is the sign-in cookie for our own staff dashboard.
Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie that helps protect the site from bots. If you press “Pause motion”, your browser remembers that choice on your own device; it is never sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for two years from the day you send them, then delete them. If you book with us, the details of your event become part of our business records, which we keep as long as the law requires.
You can ask us to delete your request sooner at any time.

Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
