Event production management in Nashville
Pre-event planning, crew, permits, run of show and technical direction. One point of contact from the first call to the last case on the truck.
Most events need several vendors. Lighting, sound, video, staging and power come from our own crew; fencing and restrooms come from partners we arrange and manage. Either way you get one quote, one load-in schedule and one person who knows how the pieces fit.
Pre-event planning (the advance) is where most problems get solved: we walk the site or the drawings, size the rig, the power and the fence line, and put it all in one quote. On show day that plan becomes the run of show, with technical direction from the same people who built it.
What we bring
- Pre-event planning and a site walk
- Crew
- Permits
- Run of show
- Technical direction on show day
- One quote for the whole site
The whole site, one crew.
From the lighting rig to the fence line. Bring us in for one piece or hand us the entire event.
Four steps from the first call to the last case on the truck.
Plan
We walk the site or the drawings, size the rig, the power and the fence line, and send one quote for all of it.
Load-in
Generators land first, then fence, stage, rig, PA and video. Everything labeled, every cable ramped.
Show
A designer at the desk, an engineer at front of house, a tech on the power and the site. One number to call.
Pack-out
Out on schedule, restrooms picked up, fence down, site clean. You get the invoice you were quoted.
Tell us about the show.
Send the date, the site and what you’re picturing. We reply within one business day with a plan and a number.
