Truss, stage decks, roofs, rigging and show calling (running the cues, changeovers and set times). We load in early, label everything and pack out clean.
The stage sets the footprint for everything else: where the rig hangs, where the PA goes, where the LED wall sits and where the fence line runs. We build deck, roof and rigging to the load, and plan them with the lighting, sound and video that go on them.
For smaller rooms and outdoor DJ sets, the same truss becomes a goalpost (two towers and a crossbar) or a single span over the booth. On show day our show caller calls every cue and changeover, so set times stay on schedule.
