Event lighting design in Nashville
We design, program and run lighting for concerts, festivals, nightclubs, weddings and brand events: moving heads, LED wash, beams and haze, hung on truss and programmed to your set.
Every show starts with the room or the site and the set. We size the rig to the stage, plan the truss and the power it needs, and program it to your music. When the show has to land the same way every night, we lock the cues to the music (timecode). When it has to follow the band or the DJ, a designer runs it live from the desk.
Lighting is often one piece of a bigger build. The same crew can bring the stage and truss it hangs on, the generators and power distribution that feed it, and the LED wall it plays against: one quote, one load-in schedule, one number to call on show day.
What we bring
- Moving heads, LED wash and beam fixtures

Four steps from the first call to the last case on the truck.
Plan
We walk the site or the drawings, size the rig, the power and the fence line, and send one quote for all of it.
Load-in
Generators land first, then fence, stage, rig, PA and video. Everything labeled, every cable ramped.
Show
A designer at the desk, an engineer at front of house, a tech on the power and the site. One number to call.
Pack-out
Out on schedule, restrooms picked up, fence down, site clean. You get the invoice you were quoted.
Tell us about the show.
Send the date, the site and what you’re picturing. We reply within one business day with a plan and a number.
